Dr. Rice lived
and worked most of his life in Northern Illinois and has practiced in
Nashville, TN, Dunedin, FL and Phoenix, AZ before relocating to Amelia
Island. Dr. Rice earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the
National University of Health Sciences in Lombard, IL. Dr. Rice’s first
career was with Eagle and Cub Foods as a journeyman meat cutter for
twenty four years, working in the Chicago area. Dr. Rice lives in
Fernandina Beach with his wife Debra, along with their cats, German
Shepherd - Sammi and Belgian Malinois - Nala. Dr. Rice is a student of
the legendary jazz drummer, Les DeMerle.

American Kyuk-ki-do Federation: Black Belt
Kyuki-Do is a mixed Korean martial art that primarily incorporates
elements of American Kick-boxing, Muay Thai, Hapkido and Judo. Kyuki-Do
was introduced to the United States in 1967 by Grand Master Ok Hyung
Kim, the founder of the art. Grand Master Kim went on to found the
American Kyuki-Do Federation (Kyuki-Do’s sanctioning body) in 1979.
